Regions & Timelines

  • UAE & KSA: 3–7 working days for in‑stock items.
  • GCC & International: Quoted at checkout or on request. Transit times vary by destination & customs.
  • Made‑to‑Order / Restorations: Dispatch timelines are shared on quotation and may extend beyond standard windows.

Handling & Couriers

  • Specialist freight for fragile or oversized pieces; delivery includes room‑of‑choice where available.
  • All shipments include basic transit insurance; enhanced coverage available upon request.
  • Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

Note: Delivery timeframes exclude customs delays and remote‑area surcharges.

We offer 14‑day returns from delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags and certificates. To start a return, email support@kastelstore.com with your order number.

Eligible

  • Ready‑to‑ship vintage pieces (unmodified).
  • Accessories and decor in original condition.

Final Sale

  • Custom orders, commissions, and restoration services.
  • Items marked “As‑Is”, clearance, or personalized.

Return shipping fees, import duties and original delivery costs are non‑refundable unless the item is defective or misdescribed.

  • Accepted methods: Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (UAE & KSA). Card payments will be added soon.
  • Currency: AED (UAE), SAR (KSA); international orders billed in AED unless otherwise agreed.
  • Invoices: VAT included where applicable; tax invoices provided electronically.
  • Pro‑forma invoices available for trade clients and international freight.

Every piece is reviewed by category specialists and vetted for age, provenance, and materials. Many items are gently restored to preserve original character while ensuring structural integrity.

  • Authentication documents provided upon request for eligible items.
  • Restoration notes disclose any replacements, finish work, or stabilization.
  • Vintage patina, minor wear, and period‑correct repairs are expected and embraced.

  • 12‑month workmanship warranty on Kastel restoration services (excludes normal wear & tear and improper use).
  • Care guides provided where relevant; professional installation recommended for heavy fixtures.
  • We offer lifetime paid servicing for items restored by Kastel.

To claim warranty service, retain your invoice and any restoration documentation.

Your data is used to process orders, provide support, and improve our services. We never sell personal data.

  • Payment details processed securely via our payment partners.
  • Subscribe/unsubscribe controls included in all marketing emails.

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability and written confirmation.
  • Pricing may change without notice; confirmed quotes remain valid for 14 days.
  • Risk passes on delivery; title transfers upon receipt of full payment.
